Terms of Service
These terms set out the conditions for using duruit.com (“the Site”), the company site operated by Duruit (“the Company”).
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and of visitors in connection with use of the Site.
Article 2 (Effect and amendment)
These terms take effect when posted on the Site. The Company may amend them within the limits of applicable law, and will post the effective date and the reason for any amendment on this page at least seven days before it applies.
Article 3 (What the Site provides)
The Site provides information about the Company and the services it is preparing. There is no sign-up process and no paid feature; anyone may read it without an account.
Individual services are delivered on their own subdomains, and each of those is governed by its own terms.
Article 4 (Intellectual property)
Rights in the text, images, design, marks, and code published on the Site belong to the Company or to the rightful owner. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or make derivative works of them for commercial purposes without the Company's prior written consent. Linking to the Site and describing it within the bounds of fair quotation is welcome.
Article 5 (Your obligations)
When using the Site you must not do any of the following.
- Automated collection or load heavy enough to interfere with normal operation of the Site
- Distributing information published on the Site in an altered form that misrepresents it
- Infringing the rights of the Company or a third party, or breaking the law
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The Company works to keep the information on the Site accurate, but does not warrant that it is complete or fit for any particular purpose. The Company is not liable for loss arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, network failure, or the visitor's own fault.
Where the Site links to an external site, the Company is not responsible for the content found there.
Article 7 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute between the Company and a visitor arising from use of the Site falls under the court determined by the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
Addendum
These terms take effect on 1 September 2026.
