1. What we collect and how

duruit.com is a static company site. It offers no accounts, no sign-in, and no contact form, and it uses no cookies, advertising identifiers, or analytics. Simply reading the site collects no personal information of any kind.

Personal information is processed only when you choose to email us at help@duruit.com.

2. Purpose of processing

We use what you send only to read and answer your enquiry, and to keep a record of correspondence on the same matter. We will ask for your consent before using it for any new purpose.

3. Retention and disposal

We keep enquiry correspondence for one year after we have replied, then delete it without delay. If you ask us to delete it sooner we do so immediately, unless another law requires us to keep it. Electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be recovered.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where a law specifically requires it or where an investigative authority requests it through lawful process.

5. Processing entrusted to others

We use an external email service to send and receive mail. We entrust no personal information processing beyond that, and we will announce any change through this policy.

6. Your rights

You may ask at any time to see, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your personal information. Write to help@duruit.com and we will act without delay and tell you the outcome. You may also exercise these rights through a legal representative or an authorised agent.

7. Security measures

We design for the smallest possible amount of personal information, limit access to those who need it for their work, and serve the site over HTTPS only.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy takes effect on 1 September 2026. If anything is added, removed, or amended we will post notice on this page at least seven days before the change applies. The same notice period applies if what we collect changes, for example if we introduce analytics.
